Marlee is a second year History PhD student at York University. A social and gender historian, her primary research topic is plebeian female alliances in early modern Europe. Outside of research she is a teaching assistant for ‘War, Revolution, and Society in the 20th Century’ at York, a course director for ‘World History Since 1500’ at Brandon University, and a book editor for the journal Left History.
