This year’s deadline for entries for the John Scholes Prize is July 31, 2022.
The prize is awarded annually to the writer of a publishable paper based on original research into any aspect of the history of transport and mobility.
The prize consists of £150 of vouchers to spend with SAGE, €250 in cash and a year’s membership of the International Association for the History of Transport, Traffic and Mobility (T2M). The prize is supported by SAGE, publishers of the Journal of Transport History, and T2M.
Publication in the Journal of Transport History will be at the discretion of the Editor and subject to the normal refereeing process.
