We’re doing this post because we are considering starting a new phase of the database projects on this website, to include ADM 10/10 and ADM 10/15.

These lists cover from the Restoration to the Glorious Revolution. The purpose of these transcriptions would be to improve the database and provide a sources of comparisons for what is in ADM8 in terms of service records. This is important because ADM 8, ADM 10/10 and ADM 10/15 all contain errors, different spellings and different issues so we need to be able to crosscheck to at least identify issues.
Transcription will be done through an interface on this website, where a transcriber would take the pages they have chosen, and go officer by officer. This transcription interface has not yet been created.
This would be a strictly volunteer thing, and there’s about 125 images total between the two sources.
